Cut Point co-Founder Johnny Jeffery played a central role in design, buildout, operation, startup and management of Bently heritage until its sale in 2022 to the foley family. We built a closed loop production system connecting a farm, malthouse, distillery, and composting operation in the high desert of NV, merging traditional methods with state-of-the-art equipment and automation. The result is a world-class distillery and a living example of how agriculture, technology , and artistry can converge to produce spirits of true integrity.
